Our Origin
Slotted is a proud member of the Izba Group, a portfolio of companies focused on helping consumer brands start, scale, and exit. Izba's operators have been inside some of the most complex fulfillment and supply chain environments in ecommerce. Over the past decade, the team has placed hundreds of millions of dollars in fulfillment contracts, run large-scale RFPs, and supported brands through high-growth periods, restructures, and acquisitions.
Through that work, we saw the same recurring issue:
Fulfillment partnerships weren't failing because of bad intentions — they were failing because fit wasn't clear from the start.
Brands were selecting providers with incomplete information. 3PLs were spending hours on leads that were never viable. Both sides were making high-stakes decisions on assumptions that didn't surface until onboarding.
